Art was always part of Heide's life. Her uncle was a sculpture and his brother was a fine art artist.

Although she never knew them in person, deep inside they were and are still her inspiration.

She had worked until 2021 as an accountant, after which she turned to full time art.

Her work always portray a subtle undertone. "My belief is that God is the creator of all that is good

and wonderful, and through my art I want to show it to the rest if the world"

Looking at her art it is clear that she loves all kinds of subjects, mostly people, animals and flowers.

Heide enjoys working in all kinds of mediums, but currently focusing on oil painting, water colour

and pen.

She is always on the lookout for potential subjects "speaking" to her.
